Overview: 

HR professionals partner with the business lines to provide solutions to complex employee issues and assist with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities: 
  • Provide HR services including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, employee development and training
  • Innovate and integrate systems that align talent, leadership and organization practices to the goals of the business
Education/Experience: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field
  • Demonstrated communication, influencing and organizational skills
  • Knowledge across business lines and organizational strategy
